Notice at Collection
Last updated October 15, 2026. This notice tells California residents what we collect and why, at or before the time we collect it.

- We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Today, what you create in Midoka stays in your browser on your device.
- You can opt out, limit, download, correct or delete from Settings → Data Rights & Legal, or on our privacy requests page.
What we collect and why

When accounts launch
We will update this notice before we collect account information such as your email address, username, synced lists or messages on our servers.
Sensitive personal information
We do not ask for sensitive personal information such as precise location, government IDs, financial account numbers, health data, race or religion. If you type something sensitive into a free-text field, it is treated as your content and used only to display it to you and the people you choose.
Your choices
- Do not sell or share: on by default in Settings
- Limit use of sensitive information: on by default
- Global Privacy Control signals are honored as an opt-out
- Teen safety mode for people under 18
