Agreement
By using Midoka you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
The service
Midoka helps you track anime, manga, collections and a social profile. Features may change, and some are provided as previews.
Your content
You own what you create. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to run Midoka, including showing it to friends you choose. You are responsible for your content and for backing it up; data saved in your browser can be lost if you clear it.
Acceptable use
- No harassment, hate, threats or illegal content
- No spam, scraping or automated abuse
- No attempts to break, probe or overload the service
- No impersonation or sharing someone's private information
- Respect other people's copyrights
Third-party data
Anime and manga information, titles and covers come from AniList and belong to their respective owners. Midoka is not affiliated with or endorsed by AniList or any studio, publisher or manufacturer. Prices and values you enter are your own estimates.
Friends and messages
Messages, comments and shared collections are visible to the people you share them with. Don't share anything you wouldn't want them to keep.
Paid plans
Paid plans are not available yet. If we introduce them, pricing, billing and cancellation terms will be shown before you buy.
Intellectual property
Midoka's name, design and code belong to us. You may not copy or resell them without permission.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that titles, release dates or values shown are accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Midoka is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the greater of $50 or what you paid us in the past 12 months.
Termination
You can stop using Midoka at any time and delete your data in Settings. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
