Your Privacy Choices
Use these options to exercise your privacy rights under the CCPA/CPRA and the privacy laws of other US states.
Fastest: do it yourself
Because your data is stored on your device, you can act on it instantly in the app under Settings → Data Rights & Legal: opt out, limit, download, correct or delete.

Pick a request type. It opens an email to privacy@midoka.app with a template you can edit.
What to expect
- We confirm receipt within 10 business days.
- We respond within 45 days. If we need more time we will tell you why, and may extend by another 45 days.
- We may ask for details to verify it's you, such as the email or username on your account. We won't ask for more than we need.
- You won't be treated differently for using your rights.
- Requests are free. We may decline excessive or repeated ones and will explain why.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent. We may ask for your signed permission and to verify your identity directly.
Appeals
If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our response or using the Appeal option above. If you're still unsatisfied you may contact your state attorney general.
Global Privacy Control
We treat a Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out of sale and sharing. We don't sell or share personal information today.
